Identigate Integrated Solutions (The Developers of SOJA Visitor Management System and copyright owner of SOJA brand) is now a licensed Data Processor. This follows an award of a data processor license for a period of two years by the office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC). This follows our satisfaction of all legal and regulatory requirements by the ODPC.
Our Customers, particularly users of our leading Visitor Management system soja.co.ke now have sufficient legal protection to enter into a third party data processor agreement with us to use our leading visitor management software to automate the visitor management processes.
This license underpins our commitment to give our customers the best possible legal safeguards with regards to processing of personal data. We assure our customers that we shall undertake regular risk assessments and implement sufficient data protection policies, procedures and practices.
