About The Contracting Blueprint: The Contracting Blueprint is a dynamic and growing company specializing in securing government contracts. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Quoters. This role is critical in helping us win contracts by obtaining quotes from contractors.

Position Summary: The Quoter is responsible for obtaining quotes from contractors for government contract opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that all quotes are accurate, timely, and competitive. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact contractors to request quotes for various government contract opportunities.
• Ensure all quotes meet the required specifications and are submitted within the deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of all quotes and interactions with contractors.
• Follow up with contractors to obtain any additional information needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and contracts team to ensure all quotes align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Meet a minimum target of 5 quotes per week.
• Continuously build and maintain a network of reliable contractors.

Qualifications:

• Strong email and file management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or procurement role is a plus.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage.

Compensation:

• This position is 100% commission-based, with earnings based on the value of contracts won.
