Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Sr. Task Manager for the following task:

Primary responsibilities:

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management
  systems.
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and
  processing staff packages for their organization.

Education and Experience:

• Requires BA/BS 10+ years of experience. A Masters degree with 18 years of experience or no degree with 24 years of experience.
• Experience in the following is required:
  o Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
  o Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
  o Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative
  management systems.
• TS/SCI w/Poly level clearance. Required
• Executive-level oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in all aspects of facilitating successful large Government meetings
