As Senior Contracts Administrator at CleanFiber, you will be at the intersection of innovation and execution, playing a pivotal role in our aggressive growth strategy by securing and managing the government funding that fuels our expansion. This is not just a compliance role – you will be a key strategic partner helping drive CleanFiber's nationwide scaling through effective funding programs. This is a home-based role.

Leading our government funding initiatives, you will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at federal and state agencies, positioning CleanFiber as a trusted partner in sustainable manufacturing
  • Design and implement robust compliance systems that can scale with our rapid growth, ensuring we maintain exemplary standing with government partners
  • Lead post-award management of our expanding portfolio of government contracts and grants, including milestone tracking, reporting, and financial compliance
  • Guide project teams through government compliance requirements while maintaining focus on operational efficiency
  • Champion the development of tax credit strategies that maximize available government incentives

This role represents a unique opportunity to:

  • Shape the funding strategy for a rapidly growing clean technology company
  • Build and lead a contract administration function from the ground up

  • Have significant impact on the company's growth trajectory through strategic funding initiatives
  • Reporting to the VP, People and Team Development, you will be empowered to build and lead this critical function while working closely with executive leadership to align funding strategies with company objectives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment where your impact will be immediately visible in our continued growth.

Required Qualifications

About CleanFiber:

CleanFiber makes high performance cellulose building insulation from recycled corrugated cardboard boxes, using a unique and patented process. CleanFiber’s proven technology and accelerating business is poised to disrupt a fast-growing segment of the building insulation market, while rapidly building a highly profitable business.

Cellulose insulation wins customers from fiberglass because of greater energy efficiency, and from foam because of its much lower price point. CleanFiber makes highly efficient cellulose insulation from recycled corrugated boxes, allowing us to challenge incumbent players who are reliant on diminishing supplies of recycled newsprint. With successful execution at our first facility, we believe we are well-positioned to rapidly seize market share on a national scale. We are a game changer!
