The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Stony Brook Children?s Hospital and the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University is seeking a full time Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Hospital Medicine physician at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our growing, diverse, and talented team. Candidates must possess or be eligible for New York State licensure.
Responsibilities and Requirements : Pediatric hospital medicine physicians provide comprehensive care to patients on the pediatric acute inpatient and mother-baby units at Stony Brook Children?s. As an academic institution, this position requires a significant commitment to teaching across the undergraduate to graduate medical education spectrum. Interest in research, scholarship and quality improvement initiatives are highly encouraged.
