Job Description

This position will be housed in the Los Angeles (Century City) office.

Attorney in Lemon Law and has a reputation for aggressively representing the interest of its clients - those consumers who have purchased defective vehicle. Our firm takes pride in the fact that it vigorously represents its clients and holds automakers to account. Due to our high caseload we are growing and we are adding attorneys at all levels in our offices in Century City, Walnut Creek (Bay Area), and Roseville (Sacramento)

QUALITIES/SKILLS needed to successfully perform job duties and responsibilities:

• Minimum J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• California Bar license in good standing and is admitted to practice in Federal Court
• Has practiced for over 4 years as a California licensed attorney and has extensive experience appearing in Federal Court in California
• Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
• Ability in decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines
• Willingness to function in a team environment
• Willingness to travel within California for court appearances, and depositions
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
