Maintains the grounds and landscape of the Wayfinder Waikiki by performing a variety of routine tasks on a scheduled basis. 

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, which includes pruning hedges, shrubs, trees, and gardens; edging walkways; and watering.
• Cleans grounds, garden paths, walkways and removes litter daily.
• Applies fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to grounds at specified intervals.
• Implements special landscaping or planting projects as directed.
• Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts.
• Empties external rubbish containers.
• Operates equipment such as gas powered lawn mower, weed whacker, blower, pruner, trimmer, pressure washer and other tools as required ensuring safety at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as groundskeeper or landscaper 
• High School dipolma or GED
• Must be able to work outside

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $24.50/Hr. - $24.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
