Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Journeyman Task Manager (this is not a junior level position) for the following task:

Primary responsibilities:

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management Systems.
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.

Education and Experience:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience, or no degree and 9 years of experience.
• TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is Required.
• Experience in the following is Required:

• Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
• Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
