Serve as a key figure in the Public Finance investment banking group as lead on deal workflow, disclosure and offering documents, and serving as a key contact with internal and external stakeholders. Develop a solid understanding of the Public Finance investment banking business including the local market, issues / sectors, structures, and process. Coordinate and drive FNCM’s SID product and process. Comply with all applicable regulatory and ethical requirements of the industry, markets and organization.About This Role:
About This Role (primary & additional responsibilities, day-to-day activities)
Develop a thorough understanding of Public Finance including the business, market, issues / sectors, requirements, regulations, and analytic structure options and process
Provide ongoing support to the Public Finance team including providing workflow support, offering documents, analytical support and serving as an internal and external liaison
Assist with the SID origination process and activity, including regular district and managerial reporting
Understand and adhere to all FNCM policies, laws, and FINRA / SEC regulations application to role (Ongoing)
Exhibit professional behavior, promote positive working relationships, and drive your personal and professional development
