This is a 5-day in-office position in Suffolk County, NY.

This is not an entry level position-candidate must have individual tax preparation experience!

Job Details:

• Our CPA firm is currently seeking a self-motivated and organized Tax Accountant with at least 2 years of individual tax preparation experience as a Tax Accountant or Tax Preparer.
• Multi-state preparation experience is a plus.
• This is a permanent full-time in-office position beginning sometime between now and January 2025.
• The candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing and reviewing individual tax returns. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Lacerte is a plus.
• Experience with face-to-face interviews is necessary.
• Experience speaking to the IRS preferred.
