Job Description

Job Summary: The Houseman/Maintenance at Home 2 by Hilton Conway AR is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas and guest rooms, as well as assisting with general hotel maintenance tasks. This is a part-time, hourly position within the hospitality/restaurant industry and is located in Conway, Arkansas. This role is an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this role is $14 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobby, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, in accordance with hotel standards
  • Assist housekeeping team with cleaning guest rooms and ensuring they are guest-ready
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to maintenance department
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and maintaining landscaping
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
