Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our organization's mission and goals.

Pay Range

$1100 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities Include

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for a variety of events including conferences, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop event timelines and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives and target audiences.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for venue booking, catering, equipment, and promotional materials.
  • Manage guest registrations and respond to inquiries regarding event details.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools for registration and marketing.
