Job Overview

As we are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and driving successto our clients we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager you will projectmanage our clients multichannel campaigns working closely with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience and fostering longterm relationships that enhance retention and customer satisfaction.

As this role involves working as a freelancer you should have your own company and invoice us accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and campaigns that balance the needs of the customer with Brightvisions objectives whilst monitoring profitability performance and delivering an unrivalled CX .
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to tailor outbound marketing efforts.
  • Plan and deliver profitable multichannel outbound marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Create amend and develop prospect data lists to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables.
  • Drive client retention and renewal strategies identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends digital marketing methodologies and best practices to enhance client strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You have previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales.
  • Previous experience working in marketing agencies
  • Strong background in digital marketing and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Leadership experience of a few years.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proven experience in customer success preferably within the tech industry.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Indepth understanding of ICPs buyer personas and outbound multichannel marketing methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and managing prospect data lists.
  • Interested in working in a fastpaced environment where we strive to offer excellent services to our clients every day
  • You are available to work as a freelancer (invoicing every month).
