**Client Success Consultant (CSC) - Full-time**

**Job Purpose**

In this role, you will build strong, trusted relationships with our clients and contractors to ensure the seamless delivery of our services. Your goal will be to exceed client expectations, identify opportunities for additional services, and contribute to our revenue growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

- **Client and Contractor Experience:**

- Serve as a liaison to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic support.

- Strategically upsell additional services to enhance client businesses.
- Offer best practices and efficiency tips for virtual engagements.
- Develop and monitor action plans with clients and contractors.
- Stay current with industry knowledge and trends.
- Collaborate on contract changes and terminations.
- Manage crises with strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

- **Organization & Follow Through:**

- Utilize a cloud-based CRM to update activities, reports, and deal statuses in real-time.
- Manage time effectively and set schedules proficiently.
- Be tech-savvy and adept with remote work tools.

- **Operational Responsibilities:**

- Match contractors with clients thoughtfully for long-term success.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and communication.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the client experience.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities.
